This policy explains how Eblex Group Ltd ("Eblex", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit this site, enquire with us, or work with us as a candidate or client. We are a UK recruitment business and take data protection seriously.

The data we collect

Candidates

Name and contact details, CV and career history, skills, work preferences, right-to-work information where relevant, and any details you share with us during the process.

Clients

Name, role, business contact details and company information for the people we work with at hiring organisations.

Website visitors

Aggregated usage data (e.g. pages viewed) via Google Analytics 4, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag for marketing measurement. These are only set with your consent. We do not run the Meta/Facebook pixel or Google advertising pixels. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

How and why we use it

• To provide recruitment services, matching candidates to roles and keeping you informed.
• To contact you about opportunities, enquiries and updates you have asked for.
• To meet our legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.
• To improve this website and our service.

Our lawful bases are our legitimate interests in operating a recruitment business, the performance of a contract with you, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share candidate details with relevant client organisations only as part of a live introduction, and with the service providers who help us operate, including our recruitment CRM, Atlas Recruit, which processes data on our behalf, and our email provider. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep candidate data for up to 24 months from our last meaningful contact, after which it is reviewed and then deleted or anonymised. Client contact data is kept for the duration of our relationship and a reasonable period afterwards. Where we have placed you, we retain only the limited records we are legally required to keep.

International transfers

We operate across the UK, EU/EEA and US. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us at info@eblexgroup.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
